What is our Wellness Library?

Our wellness library is for companies who want to host sessions for their employees relating to their wellbeing.  Our sessions are presented by subject matter experts who work hands-on, in our community at a local nonprofit.  They are 60-minute sessions that include Q&A.

If you would like to learn more about these sessions for your company, please schedule a 30-minute Zoom call (be sure to include dates/times that work for you).
