JustUs Health is leading Minnesota's fight to reach LGBTQ+ health equity and end HIV. Every Minnesotan deserves to have welcoming, affirming, competent health care no matter their sexual orientation or gender identity. As the result of the merger of Rainbow Health Initiative, Minnesota AIDS Project, and Training to Serve, JustUs Health provides empowering direct services, advocacy, and organizing for the LGBTQ+ and HIV-positive communities.

Founded in 1987, OutFront Minnesota is the state's largest LGBTQ civil rights organization. OutFront Minnesota’s mission is to create a state where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people are free to be who they are, love who they love, and live without fear of violence, harassment or discrimination.  To make our state a place where all people are valued, we engage in community education, direct service, organizing, and policy advocacy.

RECLAIM! works to increase access to mental health support so that queer and trans youth may reclaim their lives from oppression in all its forms. RECLAIM! partners with youth ages 13 – 25 who are marginalized because of their gender identity, gender expression and/or sexual orientation. We provide excellent care for youth and families, deep practitioner development, and community training and partnership at the intersection of gender and racial justice.
